Artificial intelligence has long been with us - and is one reason an App like TikTok has become the sensation it is today. From Google Translate and face recognition to customer service chatbots and SIRI or ALEXA, AI is not so new - but it is suddenly evolving at what feels like warp speed. And although the proverbial robots will not likely be taking your place behind the chair anytime soon, Gordon predicts AI will bring game-changing innovation to salons in the next 3-5 years.
